What currency are entry fees in?

All entry fees are in Canadian dollars.

When are fees due?

Payment Instructions

All entry and show service fees are due within 24 hours of entry submission.

Payments not completed within 24 hours will incur a $10 additional fee

Payments made September 9–12, 2025: $25 additional fee

Payments made on or after show weekend (September 13–14, 2025): $50 additional fee

No payments will be accepted at check-in unless approved in advance by show management. Approved check-in payments must be cash only.

Are there late fees if I miss the payment deadline?

Yes. A $10 late fee applies after 24 hours.

Payments made between September 9–12 incur a $25 late fee.

Payments made on or after show weekend (September 13–14) incur a $50 late fee

Can I pay at check-in?

No, unless pre-approved. If approved, only cash will be accepted at check-in.

What are the check-in and judging times?

Saturday: Check-in from 8:30–9:15 am | Judging from 9:30 am–5:00 pm

Sunday: Check-in from 8:45–9:15 am | Judging from 9:30 am–4:00 pm

What is the maximum cage size and Benching for the Bring Your Own Cage show?

Benching

All spaces are sold in multiples of double spaces (24” x 48” x 27” high). Personal show cages must fit within this space. All cages must be covered on the top and three sides for the comfort of the cats.

Exhibitors requesting end-of-row spaces must note that no grooming tables, coolers, carts, or other items may be placed at the end of the aisle due to traffic flow.

No cattery signs, banners, or advertisements are allowed on the floor. This includes flyers, stands, and any other promotional displays. Items placed on your benching table must not exceed 27" in height.

Show Rules and Liability?

This show is sanctioned by The International Cat Association (TICA) and is subject to their Show Rules and Breed Standards. Official show rules are available at:

By entering, exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and show committee.

CPE Cat Club, TICA, all hotels used by exhibitors, and Quality Inn Toronto Airport will be held harmless for any damages, claims, or losses involving exhibitors and their entries.

What health or eligibility rules should I be aware of?

Health Rules

This is a non-vetted show. All cats must be up to date on vaccinations. Ontario law requires rabies vaccination for all cats over 16 weeks. Exhibitors must produce proof of rabies vaccination upon request.

Please clip claws (front and back) prior to benching.

Cats showing signs of contagious illness, ear mites, fleas, or fungus will be removed from the show hall, as will any other cats from the same household.

A veterinarian or technician will be on call to examine removed cats at the owner’s expense.

HHP adults must be spayed/neutered.
No kittens under 3 calendar months may be present in the show hall.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, the International Centre has free parking.

For all other entry or space-related inquiries, including substitutions, contact the Entry Clerk for assistance. As per TICA show rules, all entry fees and related services are due within 24 hours of submitting your entry and/or summary form—regardless of how the form is submitted (online, by phone, fax, email, or mail). Submitting an entry constitutes a binding agreement to pay these fees, even if you later withdraw or fail to attend. CPE Cat Club will enforce collection of unpaid fees in accordance with TICA Show Rules and Bylaws.
