EXHIBITOR SHOW HOURS: STRICTLY ENFORCED - PLEASE REMAIN IN TICA AREA UNTIL 10AM, WHEN PET EXPO OPENS TO SPECTATORS.

Saturday: Check In 8:30am - 9:15am, Judging 9:30am - 5:00pm

Sunday: Check In 8:45am-9:15am, Judging 9:30am - 4:00 pm

The Pet Expo is always well attended, and the location is right across the street (literally) from Toronto International Airport (YYZ).

ALL ENTRY FEES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS!

Entry Fees: All entry and show service fees are due and payable to CPE Cat Club within 24 hours of confirmation of entry. Regardless of the date of entry, ALL fees must be paid or postmarked within the entry category i.e Early Bird, Regular, Tardy Turtles or fees will be adjusted to the next applicable entry category deadline. Any excess payment payment is considered a donation to the club. No payments will be accepted at check-in unless approved in advance by show management/entry clerk. Approved payments at check-in must be made in CASH ONLY.

1. Payment completed more than 24hrs after confirmation, $10 additional fee.

2. Payment completed November 19-22nd, $25 additional fee.

3. Payment completed during or after the show (November 23th & beyond), $50 additional fee.

Toronto International Airport (YYZ) is located 2.9km (5 minutes) from the show hall.

Additional Information - 

Benching: All spaces are sold in multiples of “double spaces”, 24” by 48” by 27" high. Personal show cages must fit within this space. All cages must be covered on the top and three sides for the comfort of the cats. Exhibitors wishing end of aisle - please be aware that you may not place your grooming tables, coolers, carts, etc. at the end of the aisle due to traffic flow.

Health Rules: This is a non-vetted cat show. All entries should be up to date on all immunization; Ontario requires all cats over the age of 16 weeks be vaccinated for rabies. You must be able to produce a rabies certificate for all entries and cats in the show hall if requested. Please clip claws (front and back) prior to benching. Any cat showing signs of contagious illness, ear mites, fleas or fungus will be removed from the show hall as well as any other cats exhibiting from the same household, and all wins will be forfeited. A veterinarian or veterinarian Technician will be on call to examine any such animals at the owner’s expense. HHP adults must be spayed/neutered. No cat younger than 3 calendar months is allowed to be in the show hall.

Registration: Household Pets and Household Pet kittens do not need to be registered to compete in their first show. All other cats must either present eligibility to register with TICA or a TICA registration number (Registration required for all New Breeds and Traits). Cats do not need to be registered for their first show, but registration is required for the next show for confirmation of titles and yearly cumulative scoring.

Show Rules & Liability: This show is sanctioned by The International Cat Association and is subject to their Show Rules and Breed Standards. Official show rules may be obtained from TICA, P.O. Box 2964, Harlingen, Texas 78551, (956) 428-8046. By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and the show committee. CPE Cat Club, TICA, all hotels used by exhibitors, and Quality Inn Toronto Airport will be held harmless for any damages, claims, losses, etc. of/to the exhibitor and his/her entries.

Awards: CPE Cat Club will be utilizing the plaque system, as in accordance with TICA show rules. Rosettes for plaques will be given for each entry at check-in, and awards given in rings may be placed on these rosettes.

Please note the following:

- If you have any entry changes, please update TOES with updated information.
- For any and all other entry/space related inquires or for substitutions, please contact the Entry Clerk for assistance.
- Per TICA show rules, entry fees and all related services are due and payable within 24 hours of submission of entry and/or summary forms, whether it be by website, phone, fax, email or snail-mail, and as such constitutes an agreement to pay for those services, even if one withdraws from the show or fails to bench. CPE Cat Club will pursue all debts in accordance with TICA Show Rules and Bylaws.

Exhibitors requesting end-of-row spaces must note that no grooming tables, coolers, carts, or other items may be placed at the end of the aisle due to traffic flow.

No cattery signs, banners, or advertisements are allowed on the floor. This includes flyers, stands, and any other promotional displays. Items placed on your benching table must not exceed 27" in height.
